On March 10th last year, the ship-owner of Shunhang 858, Mr.Fu, shipped a large number of curbs from Quanzhou to Zhuhai which were checked by shipper Mr.Zeng. The consignment was documented only the name and quantity of the goods but did not state specific models of stone. Shunhang 858 was in distress, even ship with a cargo sank in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province the Zhenhai angle waters. July 2nd last year, Mr.Zeng went to the Xiamen Maritime Court with forged documents and asked for a compensation of 500,000 RMB for the loss of the goods. He thought the stone sank with the cargo ship and there is no evidence of forged documents.
