2016-09-19Today, HAOBO company staffs of sales department were going to factory for learning about processing technology of quartz product.
Accompanied by the factory director, staffs of sales department visited two production workshops of the factory.

After the factory director's introduction, staffs of sales department
have leart about production process of the quartz, application fields,
product sizes, etc.
1. Regarding Production Process
First of all is burdening.
The second step is stiring.
The third step is feeding.
The fourth step is curing.
The fifth step is thicknessing.
The last step is polishing.
2.Regarding Application Fields
The quartz plate is widely used in hotels, restaurants, hosiptals,
banks, family interior decoration such as kitchen countertop, venity
top, floor, table, etc.
3.Regarding Plate Sizes
The height is 1.4m and 1.6m, the length is customize, but the maximum is
3.2m. And the maximum of thickness is 3m, the minimum is 0.8m.
